Why We Ended Up Specialising
The company started in 2011 doing the same general residential work as everybody else. What changed things was noticing, over the first few years, how many systems we were condemning at nine or ten years old when the same equipment inland was comfortably reaching fifteen.
Once we started taking condenser fan assemblies off and actually looking at coils, the pattern was obvious. These systems were not wearing out mechanically. They were corroding, from the outside in on the condenser and from the inside out on the evaporator, and nobody servicing them was mentioning it because nobody was looking.
How We Work
We measure before we quote, on every call, without exception. Superheat, subcooling, static pressure, amp draw, temperature split. It takes longer than glancing at the outdoor unit and it means the price you are given relates to a fault we have actually identified.
We would rather lose a sale than sell a system somebody does not need. That sounds like something every contractor says, so the practical version is this: if your air conditioner has years left in it, we will tell you, and we will tell you what to do to get those years. The reason most of our work arrives by word of mouth is that people remember being told not to spend money.

Where We Work
Estero is home, and the bulk of the work sits within about twenty minutes of it: Bonita Springs, San Carlos Park, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, and the communities along Corkscrew Road and Ben Hill Griffin — Grandezza, Miromar Lakes, Three Oaks, the Villages of Estero, Coconut Point.
Keeping the area tight is deliberate. It is what makes same-day response realistic, and it means the technician arriving at your door has almost certainly worked on the same equipment, in the same kind of building, a few streets away.
Who We Look After
Roughly half the work is for full-time residents. The rest is split between seasonal owners who are here for part of the year, and rental and vacation properties where the system has to be right before the next guest arrives.
Those are genuinely different jobs. A full-time household wants the fault fixed today; a seasonal owner wants a property that survives four unattended months; a rental manager wants work that lands in a changeover window. - Small commercial, yes — storefronts, offices and rental portfolios around Coconut Point and the Estero corridor. Large multi-unit rooftop plant is outside what we take on, and we will say so rather than learn on your building.
